Pets who are currently sick, injured, or require diagnostics are not eligible to sign-up on a Health Plan
*If your pet is currently ineligible, don't worry! They will become eligible again as soon as the underlying issues have been resolved.
Pets who are eligible to sign up on a Health Plan but have certain pre-existing conditions are only eligible for the 50%
